The big ticket stuff being things like tags enabling you to have more control over your finance master data, as well as adjustment books, giving you the ability to track small audit adjustments separate from your primary books while still improving our core quote to cash capabilities.",{"type":426,"children":439},[440],{"type":429,"value":441},"Lensing has introduced the concept of tags to the system. We shipped the system with concepts like departments and customers and vendors, but some customers say, well, I have a dimension that's not those ones. So what do we do?",{"type":426,"children":443},[444],{"type":429,"value":445},"What we have done is we have given you the ability to turn on and off the attributes that we shipped out of the box to tell us actually we don't need locations. And then for you to tell us that you do have other attributes that you want to track and where to track them.",{"type":426,"children":447},[448],{"type":429,"value":449},"From that point on, you then see the attributes that you care about on the transactions. So in this case, I have both my system tags and my [00:01:00] custom tags. Then these tags flow through to your reporting so that I can see the tags that I wanted to all the way to my GL and then all the way to my financial statements.",{"type":426,"children":451},[452],{"type":429,"value":453},"Some requirements that we've heard from customers for example. they have to have tax adjustments but it's separate from their HGB accounting.",{"type":426,"children":455},[456],{"type":429,"value":457},"Starting this release, Lensing has introduced adjustment books. An adjustment book is a lightweight accounting book that sits on top of a full book. So what does that look like in practice? I have a GAAP accounting book and HGB accounting book. These are full books that have book-specific depreciation rules, revenue rules, all that good stuff. But then separately. I have a adjustment book that sits on top of my HGB book.",{"type":426,"children":459},[460],{"type":429,"value":461},"That means that you track your HGB accounting as you would throughout the year, and then when it's time you can post your book specific adjustments to your HGB tax book which allows you to make these adjustments but separate from your primary accounting book. So when I look at my HGB accounting book, it contains the post that I have there. However, when I look at my HGB textbook, it contains [00:02:00] those extra entries that I made to comply with my tax requirements.",{"type":426,"children":463},[464],{"type":429,"value":465},"Now in Lensing, you have the ability to execute a revenue contract, hold per line item.",{"type":426,"children":467},[468],{"type":429,"value":469},"So previously when I wanted to do a revenue hold, I had to say all or nothing on my revenue contract. Now I have the ability to determine certain line items on the revenue contract that are subject to that hold and for what duration. Of course this gives you the ability then to hold certain items that are either for dispute or whatever it might be while still recognizing revenue for all the ones that you're able to giving you increased flexibility, more control, that's the goal.",{"type":426,"children":471},[472],{"type":429,"value":473},"that's it for today.
